Larry adapts his style to the group, the agenda and the desired outcomes. Being a professional facilitator is much more than just being able to lead a meeting. He has developed proprietary techniques and tools that have delivered outstanding results for a variety of clients.
His core philosophy is the success of a meeting can only be measured by what happens after the meeting. The knowledge and solutions developed at the meeting must be implemented to improve performance when the members return to work. Or the meeting failed.
